Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh's family in Hamlet 6, Dien Tho Commune, Dien Chau District is a poor household with extremely difficult circumstances. Mr. Vinh himself is often sick, unable to move and has to use a wheelchair, his wife is mentally ill, and his children are still young. The family's main source of income depends on policy subsidies to survive. The house his family is living in has been damaged and dilapidated for a long time, but there are no conditions to repair or rebuild it.

With the spirit of helping each other, the District Fatherland Front Committee supported the construction of a Great Unity house for his family with 57 million VND, taken from the "for the poor" fund of the province and district. At the same time, the community was called upon to join hands to help the family. The Youth Union of Dien Tho commune mobilized youth union members and neighbors to help Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh's family have a spacious and safe house during storms, gradually stabilizing their lives.
