The Legal Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Council reviewed draft documents, resolutions and reports submitted to the 14th session.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 23, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a meeting to review the contents of the draft Resolution, Submission, and Report to be submitted to the 14th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council.
Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; representatives of leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Legal Committee reviewed the Draft Resolution regulating support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at the One-Stop-Shop Departments at all levels in Nghe An province. Regarding this content, after listening to comments from the meeting participants, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council affirmed that the issuance of compensation policies and regimes for people working at the One-Stop-Shop Departments at all levels is very necessary.

Accordingly, in addition to the benefits received such as salary, overtime and other regimes and policies (if any) according to regulations, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at the One-Stop Department at all levels are entitled to specific support policies as follows: Provincial One-Stop Department: 2 million VND/person/month; District One-Stop Department: 1.2 million VND/person/month; Commune One-Stop Department: 700 thousand VND/person/month.

Support uniform sewing cost of 3 million VND/year/job position for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at One-Stop Departments at all levels in the province. For agencies and units with their own industry-specific uniform regulations, follow the industry's regulations.
The Legal Department also agreed on a uniform support level based on job position for officials, civil servants and employees at the One-Stop Department at the provincial, district and commune levels. At the same time, the drafting agency (Office of the Provincial People's Committee) was requested to complete the content of the draft resolution to be submitted to the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.

Also at this morning's meeting, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council unanimously approved the draft Resolution on the level of expenditure to ensure the work of inspection, handling, review and systematization of legal documents in Nghe An province (replacing Resolution No. 35/2011/NQ-HDND); Draft Resolution to abolish Resolution No. 26/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on residence registration fees and minimum housing area for legal accommodation rented, borrowed, or shared for permanent residence registration in Nghe An province.

The Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council also listened to and commented on the reports, including: Report of the Provincial People's Committee on administrative reform in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2023; Report of the Provincial People's Committee on the fight against crime and law violations in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2023; Report of the Provincial People's Committee on results of corruption prevention and control in the first 6 months of the year; tasks for the last 6 months of 2023.

Report of the Provincial People's Committee on the results of receiving citizens, handling citizens' complaints and denunciations in the first 6 months of the year; tasks for the last 6 months of 2023; Report of the Provincial People's Committee on ensuring traffic safety in the first 6 months of the year; tasks for the last 6 months of 2023.

Listen and comment on the Report of the Provincial People's Procuracy on the work of the sector in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2023. Report of the Provincial People's Court on the work of the sector in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2023; Report of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department on the work of the sector in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2023.
