(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of November 9, on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of Nghe An Newspaper's founding (November 10, 1961 - November 10, 2016), officers, reporters and staff of Nghe An Newspaper held an incense offering ceremony to pay tribute to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh.
