At Hamlet 6, Tang Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, the working group of the Economic Police Team, Vinh City Police promptly broke Project 019P, catching Ho Dinh Canh (born 1986), residing in Xuan Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, transporting firecrackers for sale.
When Canh was about to put 2 carton boxes on the taxi with license plate 37A - 513..., he was discovered and arrested by the police. Evidence seized at the scene was 30 mortars of 36 pieces each, all made abroad, with a total weight of nearly 50 kg.
At the police station, Ho Dinh Canh confessed that he bought the above fireworks to sell for profit.
Currently, Vinh City Police have seized all the fireworks as evidence and temporarily detained Ho Dinh Canh for handling according to the law.
