Arrest of a subject being treated for Covid-19 who still sneaks out to buy drugs

Previously, at 12:50 on February 24, 2022, in village 4, Hoi Son commune, Anh Son district, the Criminal Investigation Police Team on criminal, economic and drug crimes of Anh Son district police presided over and coordinated with Hoi Son commune police to successfully crack down on a drug case, arresting Hoang Khac Quan for illegal possession of drugs. The seized evidence was 4.65 grams of synthetic drugs.
It is worth mentioning that Quan is a Covid-19 patient and is self-isolating at home as required by the authorities, but he still sneaked out of his house to buy drugs for use.
The case is being further investigated and expanded by Anh Son District Police.
