Arrest of a subject being treated for Covid-19 but still sneaking out to buy drugs

Previously, at 12:50 p.m. on February 24, 2022, in Hamlet 4, Hoi Son Commune, Anh Son District, the Criminal Investigation Police Team on criminal, economic, and drug crimes of Anh Son District Police presided over and coordinated with Hoi Son Commune Police to successfully crack down on a drug case, arresting Hoang Khac Quan for illegal possession of drugs. The seized evidence was 4.65 grams of synthetic drugs.
It is worth mentioning that Quan is a Covid-19 patient and is currently in medical isolation at home as required by authorities, but he still sneaked out of his house to buy drugs for use.
The case is being further investigated and expanded by Anh Son District Police.
