Arrest of subject with 2 criminal records who continued to organize gambling
(Baonghean.vn) - Having had two previous convictions for illegal possession of drugs and gambling, Nguyen Khac Minh is once again entangled in legal trouble as the leader of a large-scale gambling ring that was recently busted by the police.
Previously, in early February 2022, through the work of grasping the situation, the Criminal Police Department discovered a group of professional gamblers in Thai Hoa town and Tan Ky district, gathering many gamblers with criminal records from many localities.

This group of gamblers was led by Nguyen Khac Minh (born in 1988), residing in Quang Phong ward, Thai Hoa town. Minh has a bad family history as he has 2 previous convictions for illegal possession of drugs and gambling. Recently, Minh was again administratively fined 2.5 million VND by Thai Hoa town police for harming the health of others.

On March 23, 2022, the Criminal Police Department presided over and coordinated with Thai Hoa Town Police and Tan Ky District Police to divide into 02 working groups at 02 locations in Tan Ky District and Thai Hoa Town to successfully arrest 16 subjects, residing in Tan Ky, Thanh Chuong, Nghia Dan districts and Thai Hoa Town, who were gambling and organizing gambling.
The evidence collected and temporarily detained in the case included 330 million VND, 13 phones, 01 car, 02 sets of dishes, 04 chess pieces and some related evidence.
