(Baonghean.vn) - A subject was discovered and arrested by the police while trafficking 2 heroin cakes and 6,000 synthetic drug pills on the way to sell.
Through the work of grasping the situation in Vinh City, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police discovered an illegal drug trafficking ring in which local subjects connected with subjects from other provinces to bring drugs for consumption. Faced with that situation, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department reported to the Provincial Police leadership to establish a special project to fight.
During the process of fighting and applying synchronous professional measures, on July 2, at a hotel on Mai Lao Bang Street, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police, co-chaired with Anh Son District Police to inspect, detect, and arrest Nguyen Tien Hoa (born in 1987), residing in residential group 3, Tay Son Town, Huong Son District, Ha Tinh Province, for the act of illegally transporting and trading in drugs.
Evidence seized at the scene included: 2 heroin cakes, 6,000 synthetic drug pills and 1 phone.
Through the initial struggle, the subject Hoa confessed to his crime.
Currently, the case is being handled by the police according to the provisions of law.
