Accordingly, at 6:30 p.m. on July 28, at Hamlet 6, Dien Thanh Commune, Dien Chau District, Dien Thanh Border Guard Station co-chaired and coordinated with Dien Chau District Police to discover and arrest Dinh Van Hien, born in 1988, residing in Chang Village, Son Lai Commune, Nho Quan District, Ninh Binh Province, for illegally storing drugs.
