Wanted suspect arrested after many days hiding in China
(Baonghean.vn) - The fugitive wanted criminal was arrested by Ky Son District Police on the afternoon of the second day of Tet.
At 4:00 p.m. on January 26 (the second day of the Lunar New Year), after a process of staying close to the base and the area to deploy the Tet protection plan, Ky Son District Police discovered and successfully arrested wanted subject Moong Van Tuyet, born in 1992, residing in Luu Thang village, Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son district.

Subject Moong Van Tuyet is wanted under Wanted Decision No. 11/QĐTN-CQTHAHS-PC10 dated June 27, 2019 of the Criminal Enforcement Agency, Nghe An Provincial Police for the crime of property theft. At the time of arrest, this subject was hiding in Bao Nam commune, Ky Son district.
Through investigation, it is known that after the Decision to execute the sentence for property theft, the subject fled to China. After many months of hiding, on January 26, 2020, taking advantage of the Tet holiday when the authorities did not pay attention, the subject fled to his hometown to visit his family. However, upon arriving at the locality, he was arrested by the authorities.
Currently, Ky Son District Police are completing the documents according to regulations.
