Arrested 3 people from other provinces coming to Nghe An to buy drugs
(Baonghean.vn) - Two men from Ninh Binh and one woman from Thanh Hoa went to Que Phong district to investigate, then bought 1kg of crystal meth and 1,000 synthetic drug pills and were arrested.
In early November 2018, Que Phong District Police detectives discovered a number of subjects from northern provinces living in the district with suspicious signs of illegal drug trafficking in large quantities.

After a period of monitoring, at 4:30 p.m. on November 21, 2018, at Truong Banh intersection, Tien Phong commune, the Que Phong District Police Department arrested 3 subjects who were illegally buying and selling drugs.
The arrested subjects include: Vu Huy Hung (born in 1986, residing in Tam Diep district, Ninh Binh); Pham Dinh Hien (born in 1992, residing in Yen Mo district, Ninh Binh) and Nguyen Thi Trang (born in 1992, residing in Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa).
At the scene, the task force seized 1kg of crystal meth, 1,000 synthetic drug pills, 1 car and 77 million VND. The task force is continuing to investigate and expand.

On November 22, Mr. Le Van Giap - Chairman of Que Phong District People's Committee presented a Certificate of Merit and a reward of 10 million VND to the Project Board.
