Arrest of subjects "disturbing public order" by setting off fireworks
(Baonghean.vn) - A group of young people lit firecrackers and threw them into the street, causing public disorder. One of them used a lighter to light and throw the firecrackers.
On January 29, 2019, the working group of Ben Thuy Ward Police, Vinh City was on duty on Pham Kinh Vy Street (in Block 9, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City) when they heard a loud explosion and were informed by the people that in the area in front of house number 16, Pham Kinh Vy Street, Vinh City, there was a subject setting off fireworks.

During the inspection, the working group discovered 03 young men sitting on a motorbike with license plate: 37H1 - 113.70 with suspicious signs of lighting firecrackers and throwing them onto the street, causing public disorder. Evidence seized at the scene included: 01 red gas lighter, 07 red firecracker remains.
At the investigation agency, the subjects confessed that Cao Phuong Tuan (born in 1994, residing in Doi Cung ward) was the subject who directly used the lighter to light and throw the firecrackers, the remaining subjects riding the motorbike were Nguyen Gia Hoang (born in 1996, residing in Hung Binh ward) and Nguyen Phuc Dung (born in 1998, residing in Hung Dung ward).
Through the struggle, the subject Tuan realized that his behavior was a violation of the law.
