5:00 a.m. December 15, 2020,Que Phong District Policeraided and urgently arrested Truong Van Hanh (born 1987, residing in Tho Hop commune, Quy Hop district), currently residing in Tam Tien hamlet, Chau Thon commune, Que Phong district, who was carrying 2 plastic bags containing 2 kg of crystal methamphetamine.
Previously, through monitoring the area, the anti-drug reconnaissance forceQue Phong District Policediscovered that Truong Van Hanh often went to Tri Le commune, secretly contacted key subjects in the area to buy drugs and transport them downstream. A special investigation team was established.

On December 12, 2020, detectives discovered Hanh buying drugs from a Mong person in Tri Le to bring downstream to sell along National Highway 48, so they planned to arrest him.
