After establishing a case to fight, Vinh City Police discovered that at the scene, there were very few traces left by the suspect. When committing the crime, the suspect used a mask to cover his face, wore gloves and always looked for hidden corners to avoid security cameras. However, through professional measures, the Task Force identified the suspect as Tran Van Linh (born in 1988), residing in Nghia Minh Commune, Nghia Dan District, renting a room in Block 15, Le Loi Ward, Vinh City, a suspect with many suspicious signs.

At 10:30 a.m. on October 8, 2021, Vinh City Police arrested Tran Van Linh, seized 1 car, 330 million VND in cash, 1 metal cutter, 1 hammer and related evidence.
At the Vinh City Police Investigation Agency, Tran Van Linh confessed: On the evening of October 6, 2021, taking advantage of a loophole, Linh broke into the safe room of Nghe Tinh General Materials Joint Stock Company.

Here, Linh used a metal cutter and a hammer to break two safes, stealing money and many other properties. After the theft, Linh brought the stolen properties back to his rented room to hide and spend for personal use.
Currently, Vinh City Police are continuing to investigate.
