The group includes Hoang Doan Cuong (born in 2004, residing in Vu Le, Bac Son district, Lang Son); Bui Quang Duc Anh (born in 2005, residing in Zone 3, Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city); Nguyen Van Tinh (born in 2005, residing in Kim Chan ward, Bac Ninh city.

Through investigation, Bac Ninh City Police clarified that Hoang Doan Cuong (born 2004, residing in Vu Le, Bac Son district, Lang Son) had a conflict with a group of young people in Que Vo town (Bac Ninh).

On the evening of April 6, Cuong invited 19 other teenagers to bring weapons to look for a group of young people in Que Vo town. After searching but not finding them, the group returned to Bac Ninh city. While moving in the area of ​​​​the six-way intersection, Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city, they were arrested by Bac Ninh city police.
