Father in Nghe An arrested for stabbing daughter's ex-husband in the heart with a knife

Mr. Luong Van Tuan - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Mon Son Commune (Con Cuong District) said: At about 6:00 p.m. on July 27, a murder case occurred in Thai Son 2 village, the victim was Mr. Hoang (born in 1995), residing in Cua Rao village, Mon Son commune.

The initial cause was determined to be that during the 7 years of living together with his wife, Ms. Hang, the couple often had conflicts leading to frequent arguments. Because they could not continue living together, Mr. Hoang and his wife decided to divorce.

Three days after the divorce, Mr. Hoang attended the wedding of his ex-wife's neighbor and met Ms. Hang there, so he started blaming and cursing her.

Seeing this, Mr. Vu Van Son (Ms. Hang's father) called Mr. Hoang to his house to talk (both had drunk a lot of alcohol before). During the conversation, an argument broke out between Mr. Hoang and Mr. Son. Mr. Son took a knife from the house and stabbed Mr. Hoang 7 times, including in the stomach and heart, causing him to die on the spot.

After the incident, people around discovered it and reported it to the authorities. Currently, Mr. Son is being detained by the commune police for investigation.

Mr. Hoang's body is being examined by a forensic pathologist.
