Arrested 'boss' of white drug retail, seized nearly 200 synthetic drug pills

Detecting a suspicious subject often appearing in the area, the police of Quang Tien ward, Thai Hoa town monitored, collected information and identified: This subject is Phan Xuan Thieu (born 1962), residing in Quyet Tien hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district.

The subject specializes in providing "goods" to drug addicts in the districts of Quy Hop, Thai Hoa, Nghia Dan, Quynh Luu... and often changes locations, always with at least 2 subjects on guard with dangerous weapons.

At 1:10 p.m. on December 27, 2019, at Hang Dua motel, Dinh hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district, Quang Tien ward police coordinated with PC04 department of the provincial police with the support of Quy Hop district police to arrest Phan Xuan Thieu and Nguyen Thi Hue (born in 1991), residing in hamlet 14, Dien Trung commune, Dien Chau district for illegal possession of drugs, confiscating 198 synthetic drug pills (pink pills) and 2.81 grams of heroin.

Previously, on December 16, 2019, in Doc Cao block, Quang Tien ward, Quang Tien ward police also caught red-handed two subjects Chu Quang Vinh (born 1984), residing in Tay Hieu commune and Nguyen Quoc Dung (born 1982), residing in Hoa Hieu ward, Thai Hoa town for illegal possession of drugs, confiscating 3.4 grams of heroin.
