Arrested 9X youth who committed 20 property thefts
(Baonghean.vn) - From March 2021 until his arrest, Nguyen Van Kha committed 20 phone thefts in homes and stores, causing total damage of over 350 million VND.
On the morning of May 29, the Nghi Loc District Police Department announced that they were temporarily detaining Nguyen Van Kha (born in 1998), residing in Tay Van hamlet, Nghi Van commune (Nghi Loc) for the act of "Theft of property”.
Previously, through screening, investigation, verification and information gathering, Nghi Loc District Police determined that from March 2021 to present, there has been a group of subjects specializing in stealing phones from people's homes and phone stores in and outside the district. Therefore, the leaders of Nghi Loc District Police have established a special project to combat this.

At around 6:00 a.m. on May 27, Nghi Loc District Police coordinated with Dien Chau District Police to successfully crack the case, initially arresting Nguyen Van Kha for the act of "Theft of property".
Among dozens of thefts, Kha confessed that on the evening of May 14, he broke into the house of Ms. Hoang Thi Duyen Hai in Viet Hong hamlet, Khanh Hop commune (Nghi Loc) and stole: 1 Iphone 12 phone, 1 Samsung S10 phone, 1 Iphone 6S phone worth about 40 million VND.
Initially, the investigation agency seized evidence including: 20 mobile phones of various types, 1 motorbike, more than 5 million VND and other evidence related to the cases.
Currently, the case is under further investigation./.
