Closing ceremony of the training course for planning officers of the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Dau Tuan Nam - Director of Training Management Department, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Dr. Hoang Ngoc Hai - Deputy Chief of Office, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

On the side of Nghe An province, there was comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Le Duc Cuong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Bui Thanh An - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Commander of the Provincial Military Command. The class has a total of 51 students, taking place from November 7 to November 12, 2022, studying 12 topics, of which 10 topics are taught by Professors, Associate Professors, Doctors of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and a number of experts and scientists from Central agencies; 2 topics are taught by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police.

During the learning process, students have studied in depth the creative application of principles and methodologies of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought into practical guidance.

At the same time, students are also exposed to new issues regarding thinking methods, strategic vision, situation handling experience, speaking skills, tools, skills and arts in implementing leadership and management; focusing on cultivating ethics, lifestyle, and style of cadres associated with studying and following ideology, ethics,Ho Chi Minh style.

Along with theoretical knowledge, students are given practical training at 4 provincial departments, branches, and sectors, 4 districts, and 10 communes to conduct practical research and participate in grassroots activities; participate in Party cell activities to conduct practical research and participate in grassroots activities; participate in sports, cultural, and artistic exchanges, study tours, and give gifts and help policy families, families in difficult circumstances, poor households, etc. in localities in the province.

At the end of the course, 100% of the students were rated Excellent and Good, and were awarded certificates, including 6 comrades with Excellent (accounting for 11.76%), 45 comrades with Good (accounting for 88.24%); 6 comrades were commended by the Steering Committee for their outstanding achievements in "Study and practice" as well as their overall contribution to the success of the class.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu praised and congratulated the students on their learning results; acknowledged the efforts of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Political School, the coordination and facilitation of agencies, units and localities where the students came to study; especially the coordination and support of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

The Steering Committee and the Organizing Committee of the course have prepared carefully, scientifically, and methodically, creating favorable conditions in terms of curriculum, content, and facilities for the successful training course.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu suggested: After completing the course, each student must be a truly proactive and proactive factor in implementing the work of Party building and rectification; have a firm stance, viewpoint, and political will to protect the Party's Platform and guidelines, the Constitution, and the laws of the State.

Regularly train, cultivate and improve the revolutionary ethics of cadres, set an example and organize effective implementation.Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW on Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XII) on "Strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party in conjunction with implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo at agencies, units and localities.

At the same time, comrades and students must deeply absorb President Ho Chi Minh's advice: "Study to work, to be a human being, to be a cadre. Study to serve the organization, to serve the class and the people, to serve the Fatherland and humanity. To achieve the goal, one must be diligent, frugal, honest, upright, fair and impartial."

Based on newly updated information, new research methods, thinking methods and methodologies acquired from lecturers, comrades continue to regularly self-study and research to constantly improve their political theory, expertise, skills, leadership and management capacity and work organization to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Trainees need to actively apply the knowledge they have been equipped with to practical work. In the immediate future, each trainee, in his or her position, must strive to participate and actively contribute with the Party Committee to successfully carry out the tasks and goals set by the locality in 2022.
