Closing ceremony of the 29th Congress of Nghia Dan District Party Committee, term 2020-2025

On the afternoon of August 12, the Nghia Dan District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term continued its discussion. The Congress also approved a report summarizing comments at the Congress on the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress, the Political Report to be submitted to the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, etc.

The Congress voted to approve the draft Resolution of the 29th District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

To achieve the above goal, the Resolution sets out 26 specific targets in the fields of economy, culture - society, environment, national defense - security, Party building and political system.

In which, the average growth rate of added value in the period 2021 - 2025 reaches 14 - 14.5%;Average added value per capita reaches 98 - 100 million VND/person/year; District meets new rural standards.

The rate of trained workers accounts for 62% and the rate of vocationally trained workers accounts for 54 - 55%. The number of workers who are provided with new jobs each year is 1,750 - 1,800 workers. The rate of multidimensional poverty households decreases by an average of 0.1 - 0.3% per year.

The Resolution also identifies five key tasks and three development breakthroughs. Among them, improving the quality of human resources, especially the quality of human resources in the public administration sector at district and commune levels and the human resources applying science and technology.

Building a commodity-oriented agriculture, linked to the chain, building many linkage models between farmers and businesses. Focusing on building a gradually synchronous infrastructure to serve socio-economic development.

The Congress called on all cadres, party members and people of all ethnic groups in the district to continue to promote the tradition of "Heroic Armed Forces Unit", unite, overcome all difficulties, uphold the spirit of initiative and creativity, promote the patriotic emulation movement, and strive to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution.
