Previously, on the afternoon of May 22, Tan and his family went to Cua Lo beach. At 8:45 p.m. the same day, while preparing to leave, Tan picked up a small object consisting of rolled up bills, inside was a gold necklace, in front of a nearby restaurant.beach.
