Vinh City Party Secretary presents decision appointing Secretary of Cua Nam Ward Party Committee
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 19, comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee attended the ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the transfer, assignment and appointment of the Secretary of the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward.

According to Decision No. 837-QD/Thu dated September 9, 2019, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee transferred comrade Bui Quang Phuong - Head of the Department of Culture and Information, Vinh City People's Committee to work at the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward, appointed him to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward for the 2015-2020 term.
Presenting the decision and congratulating comrade Bui Quang Phuong, comrade Phan Duc Dong - Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of comrade Bui Quang Phuong, and at the same time believed that, in the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward, he would promote his capacity and experience, unite with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, strive to fulfill the tasks well, build Cua Nam Ward to develop more and more, contributing positively to the development of the city.
The immediate task is that comrade Phuong, together with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, will review the socio-economic targets set by the Ward Party Committee to find solutions to complete them, proactively prepare and organize the Ward Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
