Provincial Party Secretary: Ensuring flexibility, accuracy and suitability in Party development and personnel work

On July 31, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation inspected and worked with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee. Attending the meeting were comrades of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee: Ho Phuc Hop - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; Bui Thanh An - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

The three key contents of inspection and evaluation are: Results of the implementation of Project No. 01 DA/TU (Project No. 01) of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Building Party cells, developing Party members in blocks, hamlets, and villages without Party cells, without Party members, and blocks, hamlets, and villages at risk of no longer having Party cells in the period of 2016 - 2020"; Results of the implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on "rotation and transfer of Party members, leaders and managers in the period of 2016 - 2020"; Project on training and fostering leaders and managers in Nghe An province, period of 2012 - 2020.

According to the report of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, up to now, many targets of the program and project have been basically completed according to the plan. Implementing Project No. 01, up to now, the whole province has trained 418 outstanding masses, admitted 230 party members; reduced 21 hamlets without party cells, and 62 hamlets have escaped the risk of no longer having party cells.

Implementing the policy of rotating cadres, up to now, the total number of cadres rotated and transferred is 627. Units and localities have well implemented the project of training and fostering leaders and managers for the period 2012 - 2020, gradually overcoming the situation of widespread, wasteful and impractical training.

Speaking at the working session, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh affirmed that the implementation of Project No. 01 has had many positive changes. However, he also noted that in the implementation process, it is necessary to place it in the overall construction of the political system, consolidate and promote the role of the grassroots level, so it is necessary to accurately and flexibly identify each specific locality for implementation.

Regarding the implementation of Resolution 02, it is required that the mobilization and rotation of cadres must strictly comply with Central regulations and avoid formalities.

To implement the proposed resolutions and projects, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Organizing Committee to continue researching and perfecting models for more effective application throughout the province.
