Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than chaired the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee
On the afternoon of November 11, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than chaired a meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to listen to, give opinions and decide on a number of contents under his authority.
Attending the meeting were comrades: Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and comrades representing the Central Party Committees in charge of Nghe An, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee listened to and gave opinions on the full-term working program of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; the working program of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in 2026; the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 20th term, 2025-2030 term.
Listen and give opinions on the draft working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term XX; Inspection and supervision program of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, term XX, 2025-2030; Assign tasks to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2025-2030.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee also listened to and commented on the report on the results of 5 years of implementing Project No. 04-DA/TU, dated October 1, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Some innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work of State agencies and authorities at all levels in Nghe An province in the period of 2021-2025 and the following years".
Listen and give opinions on the content of preparations for organizing the Congress of delegates of provincial-level socio-political organizations for the 2025-2030 term; Plan for collective and individual review and evaluation, classification and reward of Party organizations, Party members, collectives and individuals of leaders and managers at all levels in 2025.
In addition, listen to and give opinions on the draft Regulation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on evaluating and classifying Party organizations and Party members; Investment policy for the Thanh Vinh leather shoe factory project and factory rental in Bach Ngoc commune.
At the conference, the Standing Committee members of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee contributed their opinions to the draft regulations, working programs, inspection and supervision programs; and at the same time proposed to strengthen professional training for cadres in administrative mass mobilization work; and strengthen digital transformation in administrative mass mobilization work.

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than emphasized that these are very important contents. The regulations have closely followed the regulations of the Central Committee, inherited the regulations and statutes of previous terms; closely followed the reality and functions and powers of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committee Office to receive comments, continue to review and complete to seek comments from the Provincial Party Executive Committee before promulgation.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than highly appreciated the results in 5 years of implementing Project No. 04-DA/TU on innovation and improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work of State agencies and authorities. The implementation of the project has contributed to helping the province fulfill its socio-economic development and social security tasks.
In the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary requested to promote the dissemination and implementation of administrative mass mobilization work, especially in the context of implementing two-level local government; strengthen administrative reform associated with implementing grassroots democracy regulations.
Continue to improve the working style of cadres in agencies and units; cadres must be close to the people, increase contact, dialogue, and listen to the people in order to propagate, mobilize, and create consensus among the people.
Unifying the contents of preparations for the Congress of provincial-level socio-political organizations for the 2025-2030 term, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Khac Than emphasized that the Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed on the time for the Congress of the Provincial Youth Union from November 13-14, 2025; Provincial Women's Union from November 24-25, 2025; Provincial Labor Federation from December 7-8, 2025; Provincial Veterans Association from December 14-15, 2025; Provincial Farmers' Association from December 15-16, 2025.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed on the investment policy for the Thanh Vinh Leather Shoe Factory and Factory Rental Project in Bach Ngoc Commune. The designed capacity of the project is 20 million products/year; the estimated investment capital of the project is 489,356 billion VND.
