On the way back to shore, a fishing boat of fishermen in Quynh Luu district was punctured by crashing into a cliff. Upon receiving the news, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) promptly rescued 4 crew members.

At 02:30 on December 22, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) received a rescue request from Mr. Tran Sao Mai, born in 1979, residing in village 9, Van Hai commune, Quynh Luu district, captain and owner of fishing boat NA 91305 TS (16m long boat) fishing trawl, with 4 crew members on board.

While fishing about 300m from Lach Quen estuary, Quynh Luu district, Mr. Mai's boat crashed into a cliff, causing a hole, leading to the risk of sinking.

Immediately upon receiving the news, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station mobilized vehicles and forces to the location of the ship in distress to participate in the rescue.

Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station promptly rescued 4 crew members and some important materials and brought them ashore.

Currently, the crew's health is stable.
