Nghe An Military Command equips schools with disabled AK submachine guns
(Baonghean.vn) - In order to standardize specialized military teaching equipment for the National Defense and Security Education subject in schools, on August 23, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command and the Vinh City Military Command organized the handover of deactivated AK submachine guns to schools in Vinh City.
The Provincial Military Command has handed over converted and disabled combat-function AK submachine guns level 5 to Nguyen Truong To High School, Le Viet Thuat High School and Vinh University of Technical Education, each school received 10 guns along with accompanying equipment.

At the same time, instruct the school on how to preserve and use guns according to technical standards for staff and teachers directly teaching the school's National Defense and Security Education subject.
The Provincial Military Command requires schools to regularly coordinate with relevant agencies to closely monitor and manage the number of guns handed over and use them for the right purposes and mission requirements. They must regularly inspect, manage, and ensure technical protection of the unit's weapons and equipment.
