At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site (Nam Dan), the delegation of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command respectfully offered a basket of fresh flowers and incense sticks, expressing deep gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the founder and trainer of the Vietnam People's Army. During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always had deep affection and love for heroes, martyrs, and families with meritorious services to the revolution.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the officers and soldiers of Nghe An Armed Forces pledge to continue following the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, always striving to be a loyal and trustworthy political force of the Party Committee, government and people of the province.

At the Vinh City Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegation offered flowers and incense to express their deep gratitude for the sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs for the country of Vietnam and Nghe An to have peace, unity and territorial integrity. Nghe An Armed Forces vows to strive to fulfill local military and defense tasks, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety, creating favorable conditions and environment for the province to develop.
