(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 12, the Provincial Military Command organized a text message campaign to support the program "Accompanying women in the border areas".
Attending the text message support session were Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Military Command, Heads of departments, offices and officers and employees of the Provincial Military Command.

The campaign to support and send messages "Accompanying women in the border areas" organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society in coordination with the Vietnam Women's Union and the National Humanitarian Information Portal 1400 is a meaningful and deeply humane activity, aiming to mobilize the people of the whole country in general, and officers and soldiers of the Army in particular, to support resources to improve the material and spiritual life of women in especially difficult border areas and ethnic minority areas nationwide; contributing to the development of the local economy and society, building a solid people's position, maintaining political security, social order and safety, firmly protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security.

Immediately after the ceremony, 100% of the officers and employees of the Provincial Military Command sent text messages to support the program. In addition, the Provincial Military Command directed the agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command to mobilize officers and soldiers of their units to send text messages to support.
