Currently, the socio-political organizations in Nghe An Police include 3 agencies: Youth Union, Women's Union, Trade Union under the Party and Mass Work Team, Party Work Department, Political Work. Each organization has 3 full-time officers. Policies for the comrades in the Executive Committee of the organizations are implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.

Nghe An Provincial Police has put specialized mass organizations into the planning of key leaders in each period, with the aim of inheriting and developing, creating motivation to attract young and talented people to the Executive Committee of mass organizations in the Provincial Police. In addition, the limitations and difficulties in maintaining the activities of political and social organizations in the People's Police force in general, and Nghe An Police in particular, were also mentioned by delegates at the survey...

Speaking at the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh assessed the performance of political and social organizations in Nghe An Police. He emphasized that the activities of the People's Police force are very special. Therefore, political and social organizations in the force also have similar characteristics. Recognizing this will help build a model of political and social organizations in the People's Police force that is more suitable and effective. Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh requested Nghe An Police to continue to strengthen the training and planning of cadres to ensure harmony between professional work and organization activities.

The survey team will receive and synthesize recommendations and proposals from Nghe An Provincial Police to submit to the Central Party Committee of Public Security for consideration and decision.
