Nghe An Border Guard rescues 2 fishing boats in distress at sea
(Baonghean.vn) - After a double accident, two fishing boats in Hoang Mai town were in distress at sea and were rescued in time.
Accordingly, at 3:55 a.m. on April 17, Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station received a report that fishing boat NA 90900TS owned by Mr. Hoang Duc Nam (born in 1983, residing in Phuong Hong block, Quynh Phuong ward, Hoang Mai town), with 6 crew members on board, hit a rock, water flooded into the boat, and was at risk of sinking.

At the time of the accident, Mr. Nam's fishing boat was towing fishing boat NA 90512 TS, captained by Mr. Hoang Van Van (born in 1962, residing in Tan Phong block, Quynh Phuong ward, Hoang Mai town) and 5 crew members whose engine was broken.

Upon receiving the news, Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard mobilized 5 comrades, along with a canoe to coordinate with local authorities and fishermen to fix the problem. After an hour of fixing, the fishermen and the fishing boat in distress reached shore safely./.
