Military Region 4 Command visits and presents gifts to Dien Bien soldiers in Vinh city

At the places visited, the Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4 and the Provincial Military Command, along with local leaders, kindly asked about the health and lives of Dien Bien soldiers. They expressed their gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers; contributing to the Dien Bien Phu Victory with the whole country.

The Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4 and the Provincial Military Command hoped that local Party committees and authorities at the grassroots level would continue to pay more attention and care to families of beneficiaries, Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign in the area and encourage families of beneficiaries to continue to promote their traditions, actively participate in movements, and contribute to building Nghe An homeland to become more and more prosperous, thereby contributing to building an increasingly solid national defense.

On this occasion, the Military Region 4 Command also organized a delegation to make a pilgrimage to the source to offer flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs and visit and present gifts to 2,174 veteran comrades who participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
