The Ministry of Health announced 4 more cases of Covid-19 infection, including cases related to 11 people in Nghe An.

On the afternoon of March 14, the Ministry of Health received information on test results from the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology and the Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City on 4 COVID-19 cases, specifically as follows:

* Patient number 50(50 years old, address: Nui Truc street, Ba Dinh, Hanoi) went on a business trip to Paris and returned home on March 9, 2020. On March 11, 2020, the patient had a fever, dry cough, no chest tightness or difficulty breathing. On March 13, the patient was admitted to the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Dong Anh facility, tested and diagnosed positive for SARS-CoV-2. On the evening of March 13, the patient's sample was sent to the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. The result was positive for SARS-CoV-2.
Currently, the patient is being quarantined at the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Dong Anh facility, and is in stable health condition.

* Patient number 51is a 22-year-old female, residing in Xuan Dinh, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi. The patient is an international student in Europe, and from February 23, 2020 to March 12, 2020, she traveled to many countries. On March 12, 2020, the patient had a fever and cough, and from March 11, 2020, the patient had a fever, dry cough, and no chest tightness or difficulty breathing.

On the morning of March 13, 2020, the patient flew back to Noi Bai on flight QR968 and was taken directly to the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Dong Anh facility, tested and diagnosed positive for SARS-CoV-2. On the evening of March 13, 2020, the patient's sample was sent to the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. The result was positive for SARS-CoV-2. Currently, the patient is being quarantined at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Dong Anh facility, with stable health condition.

On the flight of patient number 51 to Noi Bai, there were 11 people from Nghe An as reported by Nghe An Newspaper. On the afternoon of March 14, the authorities found all 11 people and took them to quarantine and test.

* Patient number 53is a 53-year-old male, Czech nationality, with no history of abnormalities. On March 13, 2020, Ho Chi Minh City Hospital for Tropical Diseases received 01 case of pneumonia suspected of being infected with SARS-CoV-2 virus. During his stay in the Czech Republic, the patient had contact with Italians. On March 10, 2020, the patient entered Tan Son Nhat International Airport on flight QR970, transiting at Doha Airport (Qatar).

After entering Vietnam, the patient stayed in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The disease started on March 13, 2020 with symptoms of dry cough and fatigue. The patient went to the Ho Chi Minh City Hospital of Traditional Medicine for examination, and an X-ray showed signs of infiltration in the lower third of the lungs. He was transferred to the Ho Chi Minh City Hospital for Tropical Diseases for isolation. There, the patient tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, and the sample was then sent to the Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City. The test results confirmed that he was positive for SARS-CoV-2.
