Nghe An Post Office strives for 2019 revenue to reach over 581 billion VND

The highlight of Nghe An Post Office in 2018 is to continue to innovate, be creative and determined in production and business; expand the scope and scale of providing new services, effectively exploit the network; organize the business model from passive to active sales; focus on developing the force of collaborators and sales agents; effectively implement programs to support the development of large customers; comprehensive cooperation between the Provincial Post Office and departments, branches and units in pension payment, newspaper delivery, tax collection, return of results of handling social insurance procedures, passports and judicial records...

Results of the implementation of production and business tasks in 2018, the revenue generated was 447.3 billion VND, reaching 102% of the assigned plan and increasing by 20% compared to 2017. The postal and delivery service group reached 106 billion VND, increasing by 27% compared to 2017, accounting for 31% of total revenue; the postal financial service group reached 125 billion VND, increasing by 30%, accounting for 62% of total revenue; the media distribution service group had revenue of 215.5 billion VND, increasing by 12% compared to 2017; the difference between revenue and expenditure was 15.28 billion VND, the average income of employees reached 10.2 million VND/month.

At the conference to deploy tasks in 2019, based on discussion and evaluation, Nghe An Post Office set a target of striving for revenue of 581.4 billion VND; salary revenue of over 300 billion VND; revenue and expenditure difference of 29.1 billion VND. To complete the above target, the Provincial Post Office proposed 4 groups of solutions, in which the management and operation solution group continues to be the focus with 4 solutions: adjusting and supplementing internal management mechanisms, innovating operations, strengthening quality and cost management; followed by a group of solutions on building the apparatus, workforce, market development group, customers and services and finally the remaining group of solutions.
