(Baonghean.vn) - In preparation for the traditional New Year, pagodas in the province have been and are being brightly decorated with many beautiful works, becoming attractive destinations for Buddhists and tourists from near and far.

Since the beginning of December, many pagodas in Nghe An have started decorating their landscapes to welcome the Lunar New Year of the Tiger. Up to now, some pagodas have completed the decorations for Tet, but many pagodas are also urgently completing the final stages. Photo: Huy Thu

To create a sparkling scene to welcome the New Year at the pagodas, hundreds of Buddhists, especially young people, came to the pagodas to do volunteer work, contributing their efforts and talents with the monks and nuns to come up with ideas, design, and construct for many days and nights.
