Households on Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard urgently dismantle houses and hand over land
(Baonghean.vn) - After agreeing on the compensation plan and handing over the site to the City People's Committee to implement the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard construction project, households in Nghi Phu commune have begun to dismantle their houses and hand over the site to the city.
Dai Construction ProjectVinh - Cua Lo road(phase 1), with a total length of 10.832 km, starting at Km0+00 intersection with Truong Van Linh Street (Vinh City), ending at Km10+832 intersection with Binh Minh Street (Cua Lo Town). The section through Nghi Phu Commune is 1.1 km long, with 72 households affected by residential land and 191 agricultural plots forced to be recovered.

On July 22, 2021, Vinh City People's Committee issuedPlan No. 159/KH-UBNDon the organization of compulsory implementation of the Decision on land recovery for 3 households using residential land + agricultural land in the same residential land plot (3 households, 3 plots), remaining on this route when implementing the Project of constructing a traffic road connecting Vinh - Cua Lo (phase 1), section through Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city.
However, later, thanks to the propaganda and mobilization of agencies and organizations, these 3 households and individuals agreed to the compensation plan and handed over the land. Vinh City People's Committee decidedsuspension of enforcementaccording to Plan No. 159, and at the same time guide households to dismantle houses and hand over the site according to regulations.

Mr. Ha Van Trung - Chairman of Nghi Phu Commune People's Committee said: Currently, the remaining households on Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard are dismantling their houses and handing over the land to implement the project. "According to regulations, households must dismantle themselves, however, if any household needs support, the commune will mobilize forces to help" - Mr. Trung added.
