Candidates for National Assembly deputies in constituency No. 5 include: Mr. Nguyen Van Chi - Standing member of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam - Azerbaijan Friendship Parliamentarians' Group; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; LeVirtueSy - Member of the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Organization and Inspection Department, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union; Dinh Thi Kieu Trinh - Deputy Head of the Department of Child Protection, Care and Gender Equality, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Ms. Nguyen Van Chi also pledged that, in her position, she will actively participate in building, criticizing, and examining policies issued by the National Assembly, contributing to innovation in law-making, ensuring that policies are closely aligned with reality and put into practice, focusing on policies to implement national target programs, social security, and protect the rights of women, children, and the disadvantaged.

Along with that, actively participate in proposing to the National Assembly solutions to prevent policy exploitation by businesses and civil servants performing public duties.

Actively connect programs and decisions of the National Assembly with the socio-economic development orientation of the province and town, especially marine tourism economy.

Along with that, we are promoting the use of a network of domestic and international experts to effectively apply creative and innovative ideas in the world to serve the development of the country, including Nghe An and Cua Lo town.

Presenting the action program to voters, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province said that if elected by voters as a National Assembly delegate, she would commit to being the "extended arm" of the National Assembly to voters, closely connecting with voters and reflecting, recommending, pursuing the resolution of voters' recommendations and concerns.

Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh also said that, with her working position, she will strive to innovate the operational methods of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in a practical and effective manner, contributing to building the image of Front cadres as "capable, knowledgeable, united, and innovative".

Actively participate in promoting the effective implementation of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; strengthen solutions to improve the quality of supervision, criticism and the participation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Party building and building a strong government; effectively deploy sustainable poverty reduction livelihood models; digital transformation in front work.

Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh also pledged to actively work and contribute to the overall development of the National Assembly and the socio-economic development of Cua Lo town to become two important growth poles of the province.

Some voters also made some suggestions and requests to candidates to actively participate with the Party, National Assembly, State, and Government in innovating and improving the quality of state apparatus operations, in conjunction with reforming the salary regime for officials, civil servants, and public employees in state agencies; promoting the development of laws to strengthen effective management of land, minerals, environmental protection, etc., contributing to preventing corruption and waste.
