The five candidates for the XV National Assembly in constituency No. 3 include Mr. Pham Phu Binh - Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Thai Thi An Chung - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Council; Le Thi Thanh Hai - Head of the Department of Supporting Women in Economic Development, Provincial Women's Union; Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union; Nguyen Thi Thu - specialist of the Provincial People's Council Office.

The 5 candidates for the 18th Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term in constituency No. 6 include Mr. Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Pham Thi Hau - official of the Yen Thanh District Labor Federation; Nguyen Duc Hong - Chairman of the Yen Thanh District Labor Federation; Phan Thi Minh Ly - Head of the Science and Education Department, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Nguyen Thi Oanh - Deputy Head of the Professional Department 1, Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

At the conference, voters heard each candidate present their proposed action program if elected as a National Assembly delegate or a provincial People's Council delegate.

Candidates for the 15th National Assembly and the 18th Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term pledge that if elected, they will make every effort to fulfill their responsibilities as elected representatives; pay attention to and listen to the thoughts and aspirations of voters and the people, constantly improve their expertise, professional skills, cultivate ethics, and perform well in their positions, contributing to the development of Yen Thanh locality in particular, Nghe An province and the whole country in general.

Presenting the action program to a large number of voters of 5 communes, Mr. Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee affirmed that if he is elected by voters as a delegate of the 18th Provincial People's Council, he will regularly maintain close contact with the Party Committee, government, voters and people, always be close to the grassroots, promptly grasp the thoughts, aspirations and recommendations of voters and people, along with that, proactively research, learn and update knowledge and skills of the People's Council delegates.

As a member of the Standing Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Mr. Bui Thanh An pledged to work with the Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to effectively carry out tasks to contribute to the successful implementation of the goals, tasks and solutions set forth by the 19th Provincial Party Congress; to be proactive and determined in advising and directing inspection and supervision activities, receiving and handling complaints, denunciations and recommendations from cadres, party members and the people.

The Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission promised to continue to accompany Yen Thanh district, focusing on promoting internal strength, making the most of external resources for rapid and sustainable development, realizing the goal of building advanced new rural areas, in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 27th District Party Congress.

Voters of the five communes hope that after being trusted, the elected representatives need to continue to promptly grasp the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people, to transfer to the National Assembly and the Provincial People's Council to discuss appropriate and correct decisions, meeting the wishes and expectations of voters and the people.
