In the first Party cell meeting of the new year of Dinh Dau, Party members reviewed the history and significance of the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Exactly 87 years ago, the Communist Party of Vietnam was born, an inevitable result of the national and class struggle, affirming the leadership role of the Vietnamese working class and the Marxist-Leninist ideology for the Vietnamese revolution. This is a major historical event, an extremely important turning point in the history of the Vietnamese revolution, marking a brilliant milestone on the development path of our nation.

Also at the meeting, the General Party Cell deployed a number of new guidelines and policies on preparing reports on self-criticism and criticism of collectives and individuals in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII); assessed the implementation of the Party Cell's tasks in January and key tasks in February.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son said thatTo build an increasingly strong Party, each Party cell and Party member must continue to improve their qualifications, study and research Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the Resolutions, Directives and Conclusions of the Central Committee; avoid limitations in theoretical awareness, which in turn leads to limitations in political capacity.

He affirmed that it is important to create unity in the Party in terms of ideology and action. Cadres and Party members not only need to perceive the correct guidelines, but also need to study practice, improve theory, and strengthen grassroots activities.

Opinions from Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Quang Huy and other party members in the cell basically agreed with the contents and reports presented at the meeting, emphasizing the need to go hand in hand with cultivating capacity, ethics, and political mettle while closely following the grassroots.

Concluding the meeting, the Party Cell Secretary received comments from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and contributions from Party members in the cell.
