Need to clarify the situation of forest exploitation and livestock theft in Muong Ai commune

(Baonghean.vn) - It is necessary to promptly verify, investigate and clarify the situation of illegal forest exploitation and livestock theft. That is the direction of Mr. Vi Hoe - Provincial People's Council Delegate, Secretary of Ky Son District Party Committee at the meeting with voters of Muong Ai border commune (Ky Son) on June 17.

This activity is part of the voter contact program before the 4th session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII. Mr. Vi Hoe is the Head of the delegation of the Provincial People's Council elected in Ky Son.

At the meeting, voters of Muong Ai border commune reflected and recommended that agencies, departments and branches have solutions to deal with the deterioration of the infrastructure system in the area, such as: building a bridge across Khua stream to ensure safety for border residents; building embankments to prevent landslides for villages living along streams; and providing additional cement for rural road construction activities.

In addition, voters also recommended that the State quickly upgrade and asphalt the Muong Xen - Muong Ai road to facilitate people's trade, commerce and transportation of agricultural products; thoroughly handle illegal forest exploitation; the recent phenomenon of cattle theft in the area also needs to be investigated, clarified and prevented by authorities... In addition, issues such as: lack of preschool teachers, lack of classrooms, degraded village cultural halls... were also mentioned by voters at the meeting.

Regarding the opinions of voters of Xop Phong village regarding the situation of forest exploitation and livestock theft, Mr. Vi Hoe directly directed to verify and resolve them thoroughly, not to let the people feel upset.
