According to the latest news received from the North Central Hydrometeorological Station, in the past 6 hours (as of 5:00 a.m. on November 1), the South of Nghe An and Ha Tinh province has had rain, scattered moderate rain, heavy rain, some places have very heavy rain and thunderstorms. The total rainfall in the South of Nghe An and Ha Tinh province is generally: 40 - 80mm, some places have more like Chu Le: 140mm.
Forecast:Due to the influence of the cold air strengthening, combined with high-altitude easterly wind disturbances, in the next 6 hours in Ha Tinh province, there will continue to be rain, moderate to heavy rain, some places will have heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms, with total rainfall of about 50 - 100mm, some places over 100mm.
During thunderstorms, beware of strong gusts of wind; heavy rain in a short period of time can cause flash floods and landslides in the midlands and mountainous areas, and flooding in low-lying areas./.
