On September 9-10, 2025, Thien Tam Red Cross - Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with Van Tu, Quan Thanh, Van Du and Hop Minh communes (Nghe An) to present supplies, equipment and gifts to schools and students in the area.

Presenting 50 gifts to disadvantaged students in Dien Chau commune

On the eve of the new school year, Mr. Cao Huy - a son of Dien Chau, currently living in Hanoi, and leaders of Dien Chau commune visited and presented 50 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND along with school bags, to students with especially difficult circumstances at Dien Thanh Primary School.
Believing the 'difficult family situation', the woman was bitter when her neighbor cheated her of nearly 800 million VND.

Taking advantage of her neighbor's acquaintance and trust, Pham Anh Nguyet (33 years old, Nghe An) fabricated a story about her family's difficulties to borrow money and gold and then appropriated it. With deceitful words and sophisticated tricks, Nguyet made the victim fall into the trap, lose all her property and suffer mental trauma. The incident is a warning about gullibility and a valuable lesson in asset management.
