Previously, at around 10 p.m. on August 27, following the plan of the Vinh City Police Department, Task Force 212 was on patrol to ensure security and order and traffic safety after the Vietnam vs. Syria football match. When arriving at Tran Phu Street, Lieutenant Pham Van Phi picked up a black wallet that had fallen on the side of the road.
Upon checking the wallet, there was 6 million VND in cash and many other related documents, all under the name of Nguyen Viet Son Kim (born in 1999), residing in Hung Tien commune, Nam Dan district. Lieutenant Phi then reported to the unit leaders and contacted the victim.
According to Mr. Kim, at that time, he and some other students were marching to cheer for the football match when they lost their wallets. After completing the relevant procedures, representatives of the Traffic Police Department of Vinh City Police returned the property to the person who lost it.
