(Baonghean.vn)- On October 13, Vinh City Police signed a request for the City People's Procuracy to approve the decision to prosecute two suspects Chu Dinh Bao (17 years old) and Chu Dinh Quan (17 years old) for the crime of 'Robbery'.

Both reside in Thanh Xuan commune, Thanh Chuong district for the crime of "Robbery", according to Clause 2, Article 136 of the Penal Code.

According to the investigation results, on October 6, 2017, to have money for entertainment and personal shopping, Chu Dinh Quan and Chu Dinh Bao discussed committing a robbery.

At around 6:00 p.m. the same day, Quan drove a motorbike with license plate number 37F1-48435, carrying Bao to Dang Thai Than Street, Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City and snatched an Oppo mobile phone from Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, from Hung Nguyen District. He then sold it for 3,500,000 VND for personal use.

Upon receiving the victim's report, considering the reckless nature of the subject, the working group of the Criminal Police Team (Vinh City Police) deployed undercover reconnaissance teams to ambush, monitor, and catch the subjects red-handed.

At about 6:30 p.m. the same day, when Quan and Bao rode their motorbike to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Vinh City, to snatch an Iphone 7 Plus from Nguyen Thi Nga, they were caught red-handed by detectives who rushed in and caught Chu Dinh Bao, while Chu Dinh Quan escaped.

At 11 p.m. the same day, Vinh City Police urgently arrested Chu Dinh Quan and confiscated the phone that was snatched from Ms. Nga.

At the investigation agency, Vinh City Police also clarified that on October 1, Quan and Bao also committed a robbery of an Iphone mobile phone of Mr. Quang The Lam while traveling on Le Viet Thuat Street, Vinh City.
