Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Quang Huy presented the content of the upcoming 2nd session of the 14th National Assembly to voters. |
At the conference, Mr. Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee informed voters about the program of the 2nd session of the 14th National Assembly that will take place in the near future. After that, voters reflected many recommendations to the National Assembly deputies.
Voter Le Van Tam raised the current situation of the rescue road along the Lam River, the section passing through Con Cuong district, which has not been constructed yet and requested to inform the people of the reason, as well as whether this project is still being implemented. Thereby, the people have a plan to build a new rural road, which has sections that overlap the planned route but have not been implemented.
Responding to this issue, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport Pham Hong Quang said that the left bank road of Lam River belongs to the Flood Crossing Project, on which the central government invested capital. However, the Government has currently stopped providing capital for this project. Therefore, to build this road, Mr. Pham Hong Quang suggested that Con Cuong district split the project into smaller parts and combine many new projects to be able to implement it.

These issues have been directly responded to by representatives of the provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. In particular, the issue of slow support for people with meritorious services to build houses according to Decision 22 is due to the large number of people, while the funding source is difficult to arrange. Currently, both the Central and the province are trying to balance.
Voter Loc Van Hoi also suggested that the State should arrange full-time staff for the two positions of commune-level Party Committee office staff and commune-level deputy police chief. Because these two positions have a large workload but are currently only part-time staff.
Also related to personnel work, voter Nguyen Thi Thanh suggested having a policy to care for police officers in hamlets and communes because the current allowance is too low and not guaranteed.
