Stopped a speeding car carrying 300 heroin cakes

Under the direct command of Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc - Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police, at 11:00 p.m. on November 26, at Zone 3, Van Co Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province, the working group of the Drug Crime Prevention Police Department (PC47 Department) - Phu Tho Provincial Police discovered two cars moving in a row at high speed.

By professional measures, the working group forced the subjects to stop the vehicle.

On the Fortuner car with license plate 30E-05103 were two people residing in Ta Phenh village, Tan Lap commune, Moc Chau district (Son La province), Vang A Cang (born 974) and Vang A Du (born 1988).

During the vehicle inspection, the working group discovered and confiscated 5 30-liter blue plastic cans with holes in the bottom, containing a total of 300 packages containing white powder wrapped in multiple layers of nylon and moisture-proof paper.

On the Mitsubishi car with license plate 30X-8888 were two subjects residing in Ta Su village, Chieng Hac commune, Moc Chau district (Son La province), Mua A Sau (born 1986) and Mua A La (born 1973). Upon checking the car, nothing was discovered.

At the investigation agency, Cang confessed that those were 300 heroin cakes that he was transporting to sell.

The subjects Vang A Du, Mua A Sau, Mau A La confessed that they were hired by Cang to guard and transport the above drugs for sale. If successful, Sau and La would be paid 100 million VND, and Du alone would be paid 200 million VND./.
