Minh Lam Village Party Cell has 26 party members, of which 21 are ethnic minority party members, 3 are exempt from party activities, 2 are working far away, 5 are over 60 years old, 19 are between 30 and under 60 years old, and 2 are under 30 years old.

In general, the preparation workthematic activitiesThe Minh Lam Party Committee and Party Cell carried out the meeting thoroughly and completely; 19/19 party members participated in the meeting, reaching 100% of the total number of party members summoned. The thematic meeting took place seriously and methodically, following the steps in Regulation No. 08-QD/TU.

At the meeting, Comrade Lo Anh Dao - Secretary of Minh Lam Party Cell presented clearly, briefly and concisely the content of the selected topic. It clearly stated the purpose, requirements, viewpoints and objectives of the topic, focusing on assessing the current situation of Minh Lam Village Party Cell in implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, specifically assessing some of the achieved results, such as: Annual economic growth rate of 8% or more; there are many good production and business models applying scientific and technological advances in production; rural infrastructure has many changes, 2-3 traffic routes are built every year, the rate of well-off households increases every year (from 5 households or more)...

During the discussion, many party members expressed highly constructive opinions; the majority of party members highly appreciated the role of the Party cell in directing the implementation of the task of building New Rural Areas; some party members requested that competent superiors support additional project programs to complete criteria such as housing criteria, transportation criteria to reduce the pressure of mobilizing too many people in a short time.

Speaking to the Party cell, Comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee introduced the purpose and significance of the issuance of Regulation No. 08-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee; at the same time, highly appreciated and acknowledged the success of the thematic meeting that Minh Lam Party cell had conducted, from the preparation work to the organization of the meeting and the conclusion at the meeting...; thereby, he hoped that from the thorough discussion and high consensus in this meeting, the cadres and party members of the Party cell would spread to the masses to create unity and consensus, in which each cadre and party member must be exemplary and take the lead in implementation, following the motto "Party members go first, the country follows"; assigning party members to mobilize and help households in difficult circumstances, igniting the fire of determination, creating consensus in implementing each criterion to soon complete the construction of new rural areas, contributing to building Nghia Lam commune to meet the New Rural standards in 2022.

At the end of the meeting, Minh Lam Party Cell voted to classify the quality of the thematic meeting as Good with 94 points.
