Conditions of travel

- Travel document according to the form/document of assignment or transfer of the head of the organization/Certificate of completion of quarantine period (clearly stating place of departure, place of destination, time of departure - arrival, length of stay).

- Identification documents: ID card/CCCD/Cadre card/civil servant/armed force/industry card.

GROUP 2:Reporters and cameramen of Television and Press; technical forces repairing railways, power lines, water supply pipes; postal vehicles; specialized vehicles transporting money from banks, credit institutions, treasuries; garbage trucks; trees;…

Conditions of travel

- Travel document according to the form/document of assignment or transfer of the head of the organization (clearly stating the place of departure, destination, time of departure - arrival, length of stay).

- Identity card (ID card/CCCD).

- For those in contact with customers, people... must have a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result certificate (by RT-PCR method or rapid SARS-CoV-2 antigen test) valid within 3 days (72 hours from the date of test result).

GROUP 3:Forces serving and participating in disease prevention and control; doctors and nurses visiting and treating people at home.

Conditions of travel

- Travel document according to the form/document of assignment or transfer of the head of the organization (clearly stating the place of departure, destination, time of departure - arrival, length of stay).

- Identity card (ID card/CCCD).

GROUP 4:People and vehicles of all types of production, business and construction works are allowed to operate.

Conditions of travel

- Travel permit according to form;

- Identity documents (ID card/CCCD);

- The negative SARS-CoV-2 test result (by RT-PCR method or rapid SARS-CoV-2 antigen test) is valid within 3 days (72 hours from the date of test result).

- For people and means of transporting goods: Follow the instructions of Nghe An Department of Transport in Official Dispatch 3025/SGTVT-VT dated August 30, 2021.

GROUP 5:Shipper

Conditions of travel

- Only shippers of licensed businesses are allowed to operate freight transport; no more than 50% of the total number of delivery staff of the unit are allowed to operate.

- Practice card;

- Schedule and book of goods delivery and receipt.

- Identity card (ID card/CCCD).

- Negative Covid-19 test result notice.

GROUP 6:People go out in cases of real necessity such as: emergency, regular medical examination and treatment (dialysis, chemotherapy...), leaving the hospital; buying food, medicine; going to the airport, train.

Conditions of travel

- When participating in traffic, you must ensure the following documents (except for people going to the emergency room and people going to buy essential goods, who only need a grocery card/shopping card):

- Identity card (ID card/CCCD).

- The certificate of negative SARS-CoV-2 test result (by RT-PCR method or rapid SARS-CoV-2 antigen test) is valid within 3 days (72 hours from the date of test result);

- Confirmation paper from the People's Committee of the ward or commune where you reside with some basic information: incident, route, travel time; accompanied by medical examination and treatment book/vaccination appointment slip/Passport/appointment paper from diplomatic agency/airline or train ticket.
