Details of temporary road closure area to serve the 60th Anniversary of Vinh City's founding
(Baonghean.vn) - The prohibited area includes Truong Thi Street from the intersection with Ho Tung Mau - Phan Dang Luu Street to the intersection with Tran Phu - Le Duan Street (Vinh City) starting from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on September 30, 2023.
The Provincial People's Committee has just issued urgent dispatch No. 8235/UBND-NC dated September 28, 2023 on temporary road closure to organize the 60th anniversary of Vinh City's founding and 235th anniversary of Phoenix Trung Do at Ho Chi Minh Square. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests:
- Close the barrier, prohibit all vehicles from participating in traffic (tExcept for the vehicles of the program organizers, vehicles of guests, delegates, and vehicles of security forces) go to Truong Thi route: from the intersection with Ho Tung Mau - Phan Dang Luu street to the intersection with Tran Phu - Le Duan street, Vinh city.
- Time of ban implementation: from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on September 30, 2023.
- The Provincial Police Department shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Transport and the People's Committee of Vinh City to deploy plans to block roads, divert traffic, and regulate traffic during road closures according to regulations, ensuring security, order, and traffic safety; based on practical conditions to be flexible and mobile in organizing road closures.
