Preferential policies of Do Luong new market
(Baonghean.vn) - The Do Luong traditional market and commercial center is a key project of Do Luong district and Nghe An province, attracting the attention of many people and all levels, departments and branches. On June 8, the investor will hold a conference to announce the project's incentive mechanisms and policies with the participation of local leaders.
The Do Luong Trade Center (TTTM) project combined with Do Luong traditional market is located in the center of Do Luong town, adjacent to National Highway 7 - an important commercial area of Do Luong district, playing a role in promoting the socio-economic development of the district and the western regions of Nghe An province.
The project will create favorable business conditions for small traders; to replace the old Do Luong market which has degraded and no longer meets the current buying and selling needs of the people, no longer ensures fire safety, food hygiene and safety; to improve and enhance the quality of life of the people here.

The Do Luong Traditional Market and Commercial Center was approved for investment by the Provincial People's Committee on February 15, 2017, granted a Construction Permit by the Nghe An Department of Construction on December 3, 2019, and signed a land lease contract by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on November 20, 2019.
The project has basically completed the infrastructure, foundation of high-rise kiosks and traditional markets, and is currently constructing the rough construction of high-rise kiosks. The goal is to put them into operation and use by the fourth quarter of 2020.

To help people receive official information about the project and understand their rights when switching to trading at the new market, the investor of the Hai An - Do Luong Market Investment and Construction Cooperative will hold a conference to announce preferential mechanisms and specific policies for traders at the old Do Luong market. Among them, there are notable policies such as:
Support for business relocation:
- Support 3 million VND per business location to move from the old market to the new market.
- Support 1 million VND/month for 12 consecutive months from the date of product delivery.
- Free parking and environmental sanitation fee within 12 months.
- For business locations at the new Do Luong market, traders will be arranged and drawn for new locations equivalent to the old locations, according to the approved product line arrangement plan.
- No need to auction the right to rent stalls, stores, and business locations. Guaranteed to continue long-term business at the new Do Luong market according to the registered product line with the investor.
- Get a discount on booth and stall rental compared to the approved original price; Get to draw lots to choose a spot based on the classified arrangement.
- If the customer borrows capital from the Bank to rent a business location, the investor will support 100% of the interest rate from the date of borrowing to the date of receiving the product. The maximum loan amount is 70% of the value of the business location (in this case, the high discount rate is not applied). The customer must provide documents and loan contract to the investor.
- The lease term will be automatically extended for another 50 years immediately after the lease term expires in the first cycle of the project (until 2067), if the project is still maintained as a market without having to pay additional kiosk rent according to current law.

- The investor supports connecting and carrying out legal procedures with distributors of goods and businesses supplying products and services to support small traders at the market to access goods with the best quality and most competitive prices.
- Support small traders in searching, introducing, and linking sources of goods consumption with other localities and areas to increase sales revenue, expand and diversify business and trading markets.
