The official announcement from the investor - Hai An - Do Luong Market Investment, Construction, Management and Exploitation Cooperative said that the policy set for traders of the old market when moving to the new Do Luong market has been completed, with the following notable provisions:
Rental Supportbusiness point:
- Discount on stall and store rental compared to the approved original price.
- 0% interest rate support from the loan date to the product receipt date if you need a loan.
- Arrange and draw lots for business locations at the new Do Luong market equivalent to locations at the old market according to the approved product line arrangement plan without having to go through an auction.
- 15% discount from the original price of the investor.
- 100% interest support until receiving the product when customers borrow to buy a business location with a repayment period of 10-15 years with a loan of up to 70% of the product value.
Support for business relocation:
- Support 3 million VND per business location to move from the old market to the new market.
- Support 1 million VND/month for 12 consecutive months from the date of product handover (500,000 VND for business stabilization, 200,000 VND for electricity and water support and 300,000 VND for gasoline and phone support for people from the old market who move to the first year).
- Free parking and environmental sanitation fee within 12 months.
Business support:
- The investor supports connecting and carrying out legal procedures with distributors of goods and businesses supplying products and services to support small traders at the market to access goods with the best quality and most competitive prices.

The new Do Luong market project was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province on February 15, 2017, in accordance with the Government's policy of socialization and modernization of traditional markets. After the new market comes into operation, the land area of the old Do Luong market will be planned and built to serve other development purposes of the State.

After more than 20 days of starting the project, the Do Luong Traditional Market and Commercial Center Project is exceeding the initial construction schedule by more than 40 days (more than half of the time) for leveling, foundation work and construction of market kiosks.
The investor affirmed that with the progress being implemented, the project is expected to be handed over and put into use in September 2020. That is, it will only take about 10 months to complete the market project worth more than 330 billion VND, with a scale of more than 34,000 m2and the most modern in Nghe An province./.
