Last year, the Covid-19 pandemic broke out widely and severely affected socio-economic development and people's lives. Sharing the difficulties of Nghe An people, on the occasion of the traditional Tet holiday, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue recently presented 1,000 gifts with a total value of 500 million VND to policy families and poor households in Nghe An province.

At the same time, the National Assembly Chairman authorized provincial leaders to directly present gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the localities of Que Phong, Quy Chau, and Con Cuong to celebrate Tet and welcome Spring.

In Nghi Loc district,National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue presented 100 Tet gifts (each gift includes 500,000 VND in cash and 200,000 VND in gifts) to 100 poor households in Nghi Trung commune. At the same time, he presented Nghi Loc district with 200 million VND to support the poor in the district.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue also presented 5 solidarity houses to 5 poor households in especially difficult circumstances in the district with a total value of 300 million VND.
